Janet Davis, CPA, CFP

Janet Davis, owner and president of Trusted Advisors Consulting, is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner with over 20 years of income, estate and gift tax planning experience. Her many years of public accounting experience at Arthur Andersen and Clifton Larson Allen have given her a strong compliance background as well, and she continues to prepare all types of individual, trust and business income tax returns.

Janet’s current practice works with Certified Financial Planners, Chief Financial Officers and other professionals to jointly meet clients’ financial goals in a tax efficient manner. Areas of specialization include income tax planning and return preparation for professionals as well as for small to mid-size businesses and their owners.

Janet earned a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and an M.S. in Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. She is a senior adjunct professor at California Lutheran University, teaching tax and accounting courses in the MBA - Financial Planning program. Janet is also a member of the Financial Planning Association, Southern Arizona Estate Planners Council, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.
